China will establish a sound system for people with disabilities of Care

Wang Xinxian said that currently there is still a part of China's urban and rural people with disabilities live below the minimum living security, different types of disability, different disabilities, different age groups to enjoy the protection of persons with disabilities and service levels are not balanced. Driven by the government, with social forces to provide comprehensive care for people with disabilities support services, to achieve wide coverage of social security of persons with disabilities, wide benefit.

It is understood that the last three years, the central government has invested 600 million yuan of special funds, the implementation of Care of persons with disabilities carried out.

According to the plan, the next five years, China will establish and improve the provincial or capital city of Care for the demonstration, conditional city divided into districts and counties of Care as the backbone, township streets and communities as the main day-care services, nursing services, home-based care service system for people with disabilities care for mental, intellectual disabilities and other types of severe life care for persons with disabilities, vocational rehabilitation, employment and other auxiliary services.

Wang Xinxian that establish a sound system of Care for persons with disabilities, people with disabilities need to gradually build the basic framework of Care, to further improve and perfect the policy of Care system disabilities, establish scientific and reasonable management practices and service standards and strive to create a sustainable and stable investment mechanism, while strengthening the professional ranks.
