Here is a simple but delicious recipe that I made tonight with some of our leftover Easter ham. We broil it often times rather than grill. It was served with some Kraft Macaroni and Cheese prepared the light way, and green peas.
Molasses Glazed Ham Steak

Ingredients:
4 tsp Molasses
1 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 tsp Dijon-Style Mustard
1 tsp Cider Vinegar
8 ounces Cooked Ham Steak

Directions:
Preheat outdoor grill or preheat broiler.
Make the glaze. In small bowl, combine:
* molasses
* brown sugar
* vinegar
* mustard
Brush ham with the glaze.
Grill ham over hot coals or place onto prepared rack in broiler pan and broil 4″ from heat, turning once and brushing frequently with molasses mixture, 6-8 minutes, until lightly browned on both sides.
