Anyways, I promised myself I would get some lifting in after Spin class, and of course when I finished spin I was exhausted and it was late. But I made myself do it, and I'm glad I did. There's something very empowering about lifting heavy things.
Here's what I did (I was already pretty loose and warmed-up from spin):
8 rounds of
8 front squats with 50lb barbell 16 walking lunges 8 pushups That's it. Sometimes you just have to get in and get out, ya know.
