It was a simple request, 24 red velvet cupcakes for a birthday party. And the request was for the sisters to write "Happy Birthday Bam & Jackie" on the cupcakes. We thought outside of the box and came up with a rather adorable solution to your usual colorful icing letters atop a mound of decadent creamcheese icing.
Here's what we did:
Handwritten chocolate letters in each cupcake that spelled out our message.
The cupcakes themselves were delicious. The icing was better. Red velvet birthday cupcakes? Win.
