Last week Emma and I took a roadtrip to Indiana with Grandma Sarah, Auntie Cindy, Auntie Shelly and Cousin Amanda to go see Great Aunt Emma. We also stopped at a historical site which is where this photo was taken. It was a beautiful day to be out enjoying nature and we had a fun trip. On Friday we are planning to go to Binder Park Zoo with my parents, brother and his family. We have been trying to go for the last couple of weeks, so hopefully the weather will cooperate for us. Emma went a few times last year, but I am looking forward to seeing her response to the animals now that she is older. She likes the animals she meets around home, from the birdies to the neighbors' cats and dog. The other day while I was pulling her in her wagon for a walk around the neighborhood, she saw a dog and said "Hi doggie, nice meet you." Very cute. And just keeps getting cuter by the day.
