VILLANOVA, April 26, 2011 – It was a game where the # 10 Villanova Wildcats stayed ahead, but could not put the game solidly in the win column until late as they earn a 12 – 7 win over the Scarlet Knights of Rutgers at Villanova Stadium.  The Wildcats needed their defense until the offense got rolling.  Villanova scored five of the last seven goals in the game, but their defense carried them when needed.
