Our society is constantly moving toward being more global and continue to customize apps for the use of ipods, tablets, and cell phones and companies need to adhere to the standardization of these needs. By implementing social media individuals are able to give their feedback by offering a rating system to prompt others whether or not to buy the item or not, and what this entails. Social media is also used as a marketing avenue that many employers depend on helping to get the word of mouth out there about their company, whether positive or negative impacts. Today businesses are focusing on customer relationship management (CRM), which allows the one on one connection with the success developed from personalizing a sale of a good or service provided to their customer base.
