I'm offering a free CE elective class at the Fairfield Museum ,,,"Financing A Home," with updated changes. It will be on June 8th from 9:30-12:30, but plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early for registration. I'll have coffee and stuff available about 9:00.

We will go over some financing changes that affect you and your buyers. The purpose of the class is to inform Realtors of changes in underwriting, FICO scores and loan programs so you can sell more homes. What's the HVCC, how can I improve a fico score and why a pair of socks could costs you $27,000 !
