Periodic necessity to sit,
put feet up, let go of all
the things dancing through
thoughts, tangling jangling
emotions. Cares, concerns,
all the must do's, demands,
needs, stress that brings on
pleas for mercy. Let go.
Don't worry, they will wait,
still be there, all in a line,
after you take time to
breathe.
