If you are a priest, pastor with family, teacher or professor, accountant, auditor, journalist, management major, scientist, agriculture graduate, botanist, social worker, nurse, psychiatrist, psychologist, doctor, lawyer, and practically all professionals are welcome to volunteer their services in paradise. The only disadvantage will be a relatively low compensation compared to the world of competition. The benefit is that all needs will be subsidized. And they may include their immediate family members in the subsidy provided they are willing to follow the disciplinary rules. No luxuries in paradise. The only professional not needed in paradise is the tax collector because there are no taxes in paradise. If you want to be taxed or to tax, you are free to live outside of paradise. If you are good at collecting, there is nothing to collect since nobody needs to borrow.
Is this a dictatorship of the proletariat ? In the first place, this is not a government. People will freely come to the places where they can eat. There should be people assigned to prepare the food supply and places designated for eating; people assigned to do the dish washing, the cleaning and sanitation of designated function rooms; people who organize events, prepare individual training or prepare lectures, movie shows, educational games; people who study how members can be trained to become their best. It is an entirely new world order programmed to enrich people with knowledge and experiences that will inculcate the right values and discipline in every person — to undo the false teachings of this world and to replace distrust with respect, dignity, trust, and confidence. This is an organization with many locations where people can be prepared for their preferred work without having to worry about what they will eat or drink or wear. With needs allocated for standard human dignity, people can learn at their own pace to become ready for their share of work. However, it does not mean that the only jobs available are routine work. The organization should be enterprising enough to achieve self-reliance in terms of employment within the shortest possible time.
There must be productive businesses within paradise. And the immediately required businesses should be to supply food, clothing, shelter, herbal medicines, aside from training centers, and employment. The quality of such provisions can be improved gradually. Many will have to be a part of converting land that have been idle but arable, into crop lands. Many will have to plant fruit trees. Many will have to care for chickens, pigs, goats, and other edible meat sources. Many will have to create and maintain fishponds. Others can be the shepherd of cows until they are ready for becoming sources of fresh milk. There may be volunteers for the production of honey, silk, vermicompost. All these will mean there will be a need for many accountants, delivery crew, supervisors, managers, etc..
So what is the difference ? Once there is self-reliance in paradise, how can there be inflation and recession ? There can only be abundant reserve food supply, surplus for sale to the competitive world in need of lower cost of food supply, abundant trained personnel.
Sources Of Energy
The suppliers of oil products should be taught a good lesson for having ruined lives of millions or maybe billions of people. In paradise, there is sound judgement. No wicked person or groups of people can ever be rewarded, or even enter paradise. Such people will in fact be punished in due time. If oil suppliers want their oil very badly that they have to exact a high price for it, they can take a bath in their black oil and even substitute their coffee with oil.
Trained people in the field of technology will store more than enough energy needed for people to stay productive and to travel– without need for crude oil.
However, they should not worry because nobody will overprice mineral water coming from paradise. And nobody will overprice food coming from paradise. It is just that nobody will purchase their crude oil.
